Lobsters are fished locally from May to September.  The product is processed  by the Company at the Kilmeena plant in our purpose built holding areas prior to export.

Available from May to September.

Scientific name -  Cancer Pagurus

Brown crab again is fished locally on the west coast.  This product is then taken to our plant and processed in our holding tanks according to customer specifications.

Availability from September to December.
