Quality Control

A fully integrated Quality Management system is at the heart of our process.    The process begins at the source of the raw material.  Only suppliers who meet our strict approval criteria are selected.  Prior to entering the production process a rigorous series of quality tests ensures that all the raw materials processed meets the highest quality standards.  During the production process, further tests are carried out and product which does not meet these standards are rejected.   Statistically significant samples are taken of finished product which are then tested by an external laboratory which is Ilab accredited.  It is only when this process has been completed that product is finally packed off for shipment. 
This whole process ensures traceability from the beginning of the supply chain to the finished product sold to the customer.
